Compilation via DviPDF fails

LaTeX compilation is successful, but when i am going to use DviPDF option, there is a unknown problem for me :

Hi Garcia,

welcome to the board!

Perhaps try the way over dvips and ps2pdf.

Another option would be using pdfLaTeX and the epstopdf package, by adding:

With TeX Live 2011 this could already be automatically working.

Hi,

Unfortunately this trick doesn't work ;/ I know perhaps that this package epstopdf is used for problems with .eps files generally.

I must to say that now i am working on my thesis and i have inserted only two .eps files in my code and one is working and the other one doesn't ;/ weird thing ...

You could use the epstopdf script for manually converting to pdf images which can be included if pdfLaTeX is used.

If an EPS file causes problems, perhaps upload it as attachment to a forum post, so somebody could test it on his or her own system.

I checked again. The old version now also doesn't work. I redid the figures. It works now in the new version. So guess the figures collapsed.

I wonder that when Yap exit abnormally, it means there is errors the compile can not find. And in the new version, the Yap is very slow.
