back to last change

Post by ipinelis »

In version 1.0, using "back to last change" would move the cursor right after the last change, which was very convenient. For example, I would type \ref, Ctrl-space, go find the needed label, press Ctrl-B ("back to last change"), and then Ctrl-V -- and it's done, with me barely having to look at the monitor! Very helpful!

Now, in version 2.0, "back to last change" moves the cursor somewhere before the last change! So, I have to look at the monitor and move the cursor a number of spaces forward. Not as convenient! Can we have the previous behavior back? It would also be good if I could still use Ctrl-B for "back to last change" (which is conveniently close to Ctrl-V and Ctrl-C).

Hi, this subforum is for general comments and wishes for our community, not any editor. I can move the topic for you, just tell me which editor you are using.
The smart way: Calm down and take a deep breath, read posts and provided links attentively, try to understand and ask if necessary.
